Normalize inputs before asking a reviewer to decide
Order data arrives in different shapes: sellers may submit orders through a shared link, operators may enter a request manually, and larger sellers may upload a spreadsheet. Review becomes slow when every source presents different product names, quantities, contact fields, and payment notes.
Map each source into one order request format before review. A reviewer should see the same core fields regardless of origin: seller, campaign, customer, product, quantity, delivery information, payment context, and any validation issues.
Make validation visible instead of silently correcting data
A queue is most useful when it separates ready requests from requests that need attention. Flag unknown products, duplicate rows, invalid quantities, incomplete delivery details, and pricing mismatches before approval.
Where a reviewer makes a correction, retain the source value and the resolution. That keeps the decision understandable for the seller and prevents the same import issue from repeating unnoticed.
Approve into the next workflow, not into a spreadsheet export
Approval should create an operationally usable order. The approved record needs to remain connected to its campaign, seller, product, and payment state so it can be included in a shipment batch and the eventual settlement.
This removes the recurring re-export step: teams do not need to rebuild a fulfillment sheet after every review cycle, and finance does not need to reconcile a separate order list at the end of the campaign.
